Guo Yang Zi studied Presentation Art at the Communication University of China, and participated in the Phoenix Television’s Miss Chinese Cosmos Pageant in 2015. After becoming the champion of the contest, she joined Phoenix Television in the following year.
During the Spring Festival in 2016, Guo Yang Zi participated in shooting of the New Year program “Premium Spectacular: Visiting Yan’an in Spring Time” 《皇牌大放送：正月裡 延安激情燃燒》as a reporter on location. In 2016, she began to present the programs “Grasp a Dream” 《與夢想同行》 and “Promise 2020” 《承諾2020》.
