Mr. GAO Nianshu, appointed on 29 September 2006, is also a director of Phoenix HK. Mr. GAO is currently the deputy general manager of data service department of CMCC. Mr. GAO previously served as assistant to president of Beijing Mobile Communication Company Limited, deputy general manager and general manager of business supporting system department and deputy general manager of marketing department of Beijing Mobile Communication Company Limited.

Mr. GAO graduated from Jilin University and received a Master’s degree in engineering from Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Science and an EMBA degree from Peking University. Mr. GAO has many years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
